Collaboration with the Wheelerz community - tour guides in Israel
How to cooperate:
The trip will take place on dates determined in advance by the guide and payment will be transferred directly to the supplier from the travelers.
It is important to note that, from our experience, a cost of up to 120 shekels per day of travel without transportation is a relatively acceptable cost among travelers, and the companion does not pay for the trip (not including entrance to paid sites).
Option 1:
Publishing a post only on behalf of the guide, explaining the trip, hours, what is included in the trip, and price.
Cost of publishing the post: 250 NIS and 100 NIS for each additional publication of the trip.
Option 2:
Advertising the trip in Wheelerz's organic advertising, an explanation of the guide, an explanation of the trip, and the addition of a personal recommendation from a traveler with a disability who has previously experienced a trip with the guide.
The announcement will be made in the community's Facebook and WhatsApp groups, with an initial announcement and an additional reminder (if necessary, based on the number of subscribers). It will also be posted as an article on the Wheelerz website.
Registration for the trip will be done by Wheelerz on a form that will be uploaded to the website.
How to pay for this type of collaboration
Base of 350 NIS + 20% commission for each participant who joins above the minimum number of registrants.
It will be clarified to travelers that the tour does not include entrance to paid sites, and registration will be made with this clarification.
Payment terms: Basic payment within 24 hours of uploading the post/article to the website. Additional commission payment within 48 hours of the trip taking place.

More collaboration options
Uploading a post to the community:
On Facebook - the post will be uploaded by the Wheelerz admin and will be in the style of posts that are uploaded in the community. The post will be uploaded after approval by the advertiser. The advertiser's contact information will be published in the post.
The post will also be distributed in the relevant Facebook groups.
Uploading a full advertisement on the Wheelerz website:
We will publish the service/product on the site, the publication will be in article style and will be open and available outside of the closed Wheelerz community, and will be shareable on other platforms.
Holding a live meeting without a Facebook event:
We will host a spokesperson on your behalf to talk about the product/service. On Zoom, you will tell us about yourself and bring recommendations from travelers with disabilities who recommend you.
Uploading a recording of a Zoom meeting to the community and YouTube channel:
We will edit the meeting and upload it to the YouTube channel and community groups, and it will be available throughout the year after the meeting itself and open for general sharing.
Upload a recording of a Zoom meeting to the community:
We will edit the meeting and it will be uploaded to the community and available to all community participants during the months following the meeting itself.
